In the building now occupied by Mattress Firm, the BM is about 5 feet above ground in the stucco post at the northwest corner of the building. Set several inches deep in the stucco, it has also been painted over several times, making the majority of the markings illegible. It is otherwise still in very good condition. Luckily, though, it wasn't stuccoed over and lost to future Benchmark hunters.
