The cemetery was established in 1908 but the Nativity of Blessed Virgin Mary Ukrainian Catholic Church was not built until 1916.

Driving Directions:
From Caliento - From Hwy 201 turn northeast on Road 9 North toward Caliento. Drive 0.1 km then turn left (north) on Road 46 East (Franko Road). Drive 5.0 km then turn left on Road 12 North and drive 1.8 km to cemetery.
From Vita - From Hwy 201 and Hwy 302 near Vita, drive 5.5 km north on Hwy 302. Turn right (east) on Road 12 North and drive 4.4 km to cemetery on your left.

One headstone has the following inscription:
