This post box is located on the north west side of Matheson Road at the junction with Lisgar Terrace in west London.

There is no "VR", or any other initials, on the box but the style is similar to other pillar boxes of the Victorian era.

The box is in need of some lender loving care as the paintwork is not at its best and there is evidence of labels having been affixed to it plus the usual damage caused by the posties keys.
