Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on galvanized iron pipe in a collar of stones; rising 4"
What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
Found a ponderosa pine with two yellow BEARING TREE tags and an ATTENTION sign on the backside. There are PROPERTY BOUNDARY and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs mounted on a U-post which bears W, 32" distant.
There is an amended monument which bears N, 8'3" distant from the true corner.
What property is this mark defining?:
Firs Holdings LLC property N of the corner, else Deschutes National Forest;
