This fountain is located at the building of the sparkasse.
It has some reliefs at the frontsite showing a Pfennig, which was the smallest german pice of money before the € came up. Left and right from the pfennig we see reliefs of coat of arms, the right one is from the City Linz.
We where ther in November and the fountain was in winter mode then, means: no water comes down.
