This well kept building was originally home to Reed & Son Tire Repair and Vulcanizing Shop. The building was used as a tire repair and vulcanizing business until at least 1933. The building has etching bricks with the date "1926" and the original business "Reed & Son" above the door between the two second story windows. The building is home to Dairyland Printing Company and is considered one of the most intact buildings in the entire district.
