The present corner bears E, about 150' distant from T14S R8E S11 [S14] 1/4 COR, WAYMARK WMTDQR.
Type of survey mark: 3-1/4" brass cap on iron pipe; about 2" below grade
What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?: Found two ponderosa pines with scribed, partly-healed blazes. Both have a yellow BEARING TREE tag, an old-style BEARING TREE shield and an ATTENTION sign on the backside. There are PROPERTY BOUNDARY and LAND SURVEY MARKER decals on a Carsonite witness post which bears E, 30" from the corner.
What property is this mark defining?: Firs Holdings LLC property N of the corner, else Deschutes National Forest;
