The wooden windmill is situated on a hillock south of the town, with a red-marked tourist trail going to it. The building, including well-preserved milling machinery is from Pacetluky in the Kromeríž region, it was moved to its present location in 1982. From 1985, the mill houses a museum. The last mil of Klobouky stood in place of this mill from 1748 to 1945, destroyed during liberation fights of the second World War. The landmark is a technical monument.

Drevený vetrný mlýn na návrší jižne od mesta, vede k nemu cervená turistická znacka. Objekt vcetne zachovalého mlecího zarízení pochází z Pacetluk na Kromerížsku, na dnešní místo prenesen roku 1982 zásluhou místního Ceského svazu zahrádkáru. Od roku 1985 funguje jako muzeum. Na míste tohoto mlýna stál v letech 1748 až 1945 poslední kloboucký vetrný mlýn, který byl znicen pri osvobozovacích bojích na konci druhé svetové války. Technická památka, dominanta kraje.
