Found three large ponderosa pines all with yellow BEARING TREE tags and with a variety of the usual signs on the backsides. There is an ATTENTION sign mounted on a T-post which bears SSW, 19" from the corner.

Firs Holdings LLC property NE of the corner, else Deschutes National Forest;
