The building is on the east side of Champlain Canal. It is a red building three stories tall across the street from the Elks Lodge building. On the road is a sign, and on the canal side is a painted white sign.

The Whitehall Times still covers the Whitehall, NY, area. It is now part of the Manchester Newspapers Company, based in Granville, NY, which manages several newspapers in the area. The Whitehall Times is one of three that have e-editions. I couldn't confirm that the office is still there - the online site and facebook pages only reference the Granville address.
