Built in 1868 by the First Congregational Church, this building has been moved twice to its present location on East Decker Street.

This simple Greek Revival style building was built in 1868 by the First Congregational Church. In 1897 the building was moved by the "Old School Lutheran Congregation" to a different location. In 1926 the building was purchased by the I.O.O.F. and moved to its present location. It was designated at the time as I.O.O.F. Lodge #99. Later it was home to Pleasant Ridge School which moved its headquarters elsewhere. It's currently being used by the school in some capacity to this day.
