Traveling east on 2nd Street, of course on the wrong side of the road I spotted Pretzels. We turned around to have a better look as that utility box brought back memories of enjoying those twisted morsels.
Pretzels is one of 13 decorated utility boxes of phase one. By this time phase two should be on its way.
