The Button Oak is at least 300 years old and there was a pub called the Button Oak in a picture from 1890.
The new Button Oak Inn has had a complete refurbishment. There is a larger lounge/diner, a new bar area for those who like a game of dominoes or darts and awalk through to a larger covered, smoking area. There is also a new menu. The current landlady, Miss Jenny Allen and all the staff will always give a warm welcome to all customers, old and new.
