You can easily see the headstone, once you realise what it is.

The headstone reads:
KHUD LYNE RAHBEK
Born in Denmark
13th February 1878
Died at Muak Lek
18th June 1897

I think this grave and headstone belongs in this category because:
a) Born in Denmark, and died in distant regional Thailand,
b) Placed RIGHT beside the main rail line from Bangkok. (Nothing in the following link to explain why!)

From "Danish Graves in Thailand": (visit link)
Khud Lyne Rahbek was an assistant land surveyor.
"Included in A. Kann-Rasmussen "Danske i Siam 1858 - 1942" as arrived in Siam in 1895".
"The burial place is overshadowed by a big Po tree".
"Location: Near the railway station in Muak Lek on the Bangkok - Korat (Nakurnrachasima) railroad."

This person's burial is not to be confused with another Dane of the same name, but lived 1760 - 1830.
First Name: Khud

Last Name: Rahbek

Born: 02/13/1875
