For the longest period this was a Baptist Church. They bought it just after it was built and just sold it. This church was bought by a Chinese church group in 2008, but it was built by the Episcopalians in 1872. It was remodeled in 1906.

"The Liberty Avenue Church building had been built by the Society of the Grace Episcopal Church of Union in 1872. Transfer of title was completed to the Baptist Society in 1880."
