Baixa / Chiado is a metro station on both the Blue Line and the Green Line of the Lisbon Metro.
It is one of the major transfer stations of the Lisbon Metro. Until December 2007 this station was the terminus of the Blue Line; Now that Santa Apolónia.
The station on the Green Line was opened on April 25, 1998, the part of the blue line was opened on August 8, 1998.
It is located at the intersection of Largo do Chiado and the Rua do Crucifixo.
