English Garden Tea Café had its Official ribbon-cutting and Grand Opening on Tuesday, August 25, 2016. I visited the Tea Shop on Wednesday, November 2.
English Garden Tea Cafe has a couple Afternoon Tea choices for customers to choose from:
Victorian Tea with a cup of soup, a fruit scone served with clotted cream and jam, selection of seasonal fruit, a trio of sandwiches and savories, with a trio of desserts served on a tiered tray for $20.00 plus tip.
Rose Tea with a fruit scone served with clotted cream and jam, selection of seasonal fruit, a trio of sandwiches and savory, with a trio of desserts served on a tiered tray for $17.50 plus tip.
All teas come with a pot for one with a tea selected from their Jasmine Pearl teas. My favorite is Earl Grey with Bergamot. The tasty food is made in-house. The décor is charming. The floral murals give the shop its homey British look.
