The hall area has a total area of 22,700 m², which has a conference hall for 6,000 spectators, a three-part training hall and a gym, the Baskets-Sportfabrik. It serves the club as a game center and universal training center for the Bundesliga and the numerous junior teams of Telekom Baskets Bonn and replaced the Hardtberghalle for these functions.
The construction costs about € 16.8 million and was financed by the Telekom Baskets, sponsors and the city of Bonn (construction costs + land). However, Telekom Baskets or their economic carrier, BonBas GmbH, is the owner of the property and the sole operator. The Baskets have thus become the first team in the German Profibasketball, which has its own self-built hall.
On 11 June 2008 she was opened against Alba Berlin on the second Playoff final match Telekom Baskets Bonn."
