The witness posts surrounding this monument have been beaten up badly by farm equipment. Only one of the original witness posts remain and that one is broken off at the base and held up by a metal bracket. The two other witness posts that are now there are orange fiberglass replacements. The concrete holding the disk has also been damaged slightly as mentioned in the data sheet. Otherwise the disk itself is in great shape and easily read. There is parking on the shoulder so watch out for cars.
