Built by the Draper Company for housing for their employees between the years of 1903 and 1915. The community includes 104 housing units designed by the Boston architectural firm of Peabody and Stearns. The houses include the styles of Colonial Revival, Shingle Style and Tudor Revival. The multi unit houses were built during the second phase of expansion for the influx of immigrant workers.

I have lived in this area for the last 30 years and never afforded myself the opportunity to visit this neighborhood. What initially looks like a run down area is a delightful well kept community of many ethnic backgrounds providing a safe environment to grow up in.
