This plaque was placed on the wall of a building where heavy action took place during the civil war in Bosnia and Herzegovina, right on the center of Mostar.

The text is in Bosnian and it goes like this:

"Heroes of Mostar
Ahmo e Braco
Placed the Fleur-de-lis flag [the Bosniak flag] on this building on the 13th June 1992 and for that deed they fell.

Veterans of the Carina Company [Carina is the name of the neighborhood, meaning "Customs" in Bosnian]"
