According to the sign here, not far from the Betatakin ruin in Navajo National Monument is a Petroglyph of the flute player, the original recurring rock art behind the Kokopelli craze.

We sadly did not have the time to explore the ruin and seek out the Petroglyph, but there is an image of it on the information table at this lookout point.
