It seems that the four identical clock faces are aligned to the magnetic 'cardinal points'.
Each of the plain bone coloured clock faces is set in a bricked square frame, and covered with 'Perspex'. Each face is approximately 70 cm in diameter, with "ROTARY CLUB" at the top, and "BYRON BAY" at the bottom of the clocks. There are no numbers, and the plain black metal hands point to rectangular 'hour ticks', with the ones for 3, 6, 9, and 12 o'clock being a touch bigger.
A further metre above the clock faces are dark brown, brick-topped semi-circular arches, with what appears to be a section of brown clay pipe 'centred' on those arches.
Below the clocks, on the north, west, and southern sides are eight protruding rectangular blocks, in a radial pattern. While the eastern side has a couple of metal 'electrical fuse' boxes, with a mission brown painted wooden door at ground level (only about 80 cm high).
The bottom metre of the tower is plain brown bricks, with the next two metres being cream (bone) painted concrete. Then there is the brown bricks that surround the clock faces, and the top metre of painted concrete and brick arches.
