The memorial is a set of granite two granite blocks/tombstones located on the SW edge of Arp City Park, a small non-descript park dotted by pecan trees in the rural town of Arp, Smith County, East Texas.
It honors two local K-9 officers:
* "Bok" (2000-2003)
* "Cezar", a.k.a. "The Wonder Dog" (2003-2010)
The 2 granite tombstones are inscribed with the dog's name, as well as their handlers throughout their time of service to the local community.
