"Target will open a new "flexible format" store in the Ravenswood Shopping Center in East Palo Alto, the retail company announced Monday.

The flexible-format design allows for stores in smaller locations to "bring a localized experience to guests with assortments that are tailored to meet the needs of local guest," according to a press release.
The East Palo Alto store will open in July 2017 at the former Sports Authority site, which closed in the spring of this year, at 1775 East Bayshore Road." (visit link)
