From the Sisters Ranger Station, travel generally NW on US20 for 11.6 miles. Turn left onto FR2066, then bear left on FR2067 in about 0.2 miles, and continue 2.6 miles to the junction with FR2067-700. Bear left onto FR202067-700, continue about 0.2 miles and park. Walk generally E on FR2067-704 for about 0.4 miles to the corner on the right.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on a steel pipe in a ring of stones; rising 6"

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The corner bears S about 260' from the centerline of the road, uphill through heavy brush. Found the corner tree, now a burned snag adorned with a variety of metal signs. There are PROPERTY BOUNDARY and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs mounted on a U-post which bears S, about 36" distant. Also found, in the NE quadrant, a burned snag with a yellow BEARING TREE tag and a LAND SURVEY MONUMENT on the backside. The witness corner bears E, 12' distant from the corner tree.


What property is this mark defining?:
Firs Holdings LLC property SE of the corner, else Deschutes National Forest; see also Survey CS#00007 filed in the Deschutes County Surveyors Office.
