This disk was set by the Wisconsin DOT as part of the Wisconsin County GPS Network. It is set on the South side of Jaguar Avenue in between three orange witness posts. At least one of the witness posts has been damaged by farm equipment. Be place to park is in the East bound lane of Jaguar and walk. Even though Jaguar is a dead end and seldom used, still watch out for cars and farm equipment.
