In 1914 the "Steigerturm" was established between the "Seilerpfad" and the "Bleichpfad".
The tower served for the drying of the fire hoses made from hemp fibers.
Today it serves as a storeroom for devices of the fire brigade.
The date in Roman figures is strange, because "IV" is shown as "IIII".
