The small town of Bangor, Wisconsin is located just to the East of West Salem. In it has a local park called Stockman's Park. The park is located across the street from the local Bangor-Burns Fire Department. This is where you'll find the local Firefighter's memorial. It is an engraved stone monument set before two flags on one flag pole (US and fire fighters) and next to a dedicated bench for Ron "King" Simpson who was a former member of the department. The plaque itself was donated by the families and friends of the Bangor-Burns Fire Department.
