This small, unadorned mausoleum is located in the San Jose Burial Park. There is a concrete step to a bronze door with bars (one broken). Inside, there are spaces for three internments - one interment cover is broken and empty. The mausoleum itself is grey granite - two slabs tall and one wide. The roof is slightly pitched with a separate peaked capstone.
