I found no information on Delfina Luna.

This is a "stump" marker resting on a concrete plinth. The Supreme Forest Woodmen Seal and inscription tablet apper to be of marble which is different material than the limestone "stump". This is also the first Woodmen marker I found inscribed in Spanish. The inscription reads:
