Shirleys Bay

Concrete pillar with steel top plate on top of short rock cut on southeast side of riddell drive, 2.2 km northeast of junction with county road 9 (dunrobin road), 1.95 km southwest of road to "dnd connaught range", 15.9 m from centre line of road, 9.7 m southwest of power pole, 2.0 m southeast of power line, about 1 m above road level. Elevation taken on top at centre of main circular plate anchored on top of pillar.
