Set in 1962 by the US Department of the Interior, this disk was set on the wind wall of a bridge that spans the South Fork Bad Axe River.

Just South of Purdy Valley is Norwegian Hollow. On the Southeast end of Norwegian Hollow sits this on bridge on County Highway N. On the Southern end of the bridge, on the Northwest side of the road, this disk is set on a wing wall. Park on the side of the road on either side of the bridge and walk to the site. Watch for cars.
