Victoria Hall was originally built as the parish hall for the nearby St John's Anglican Church It was designed in the Victorian Academic Classical style by J. Talbot Hobbs and constructed in 1896. It was later used as a dance hall and theatre and was sold by the church in the 1950s.
The front facade of the stuccoed brick building has a pair of Corinthian columns on either side of the entrance.
