Blagny is a commune in the Department of the Ardennes approximately 20 km east-southeast of Sedan. The monument lists the names of 31 soldiers and civilians from the Blagny area who fell in World War I.
It shows a Hairy (French soldier) engrave an inscription: "NEVER FORGET"
