EN: The cemetery of Gondo is located in a very narrow area on the southeast corner of the church. The terrain is square with a maximum length of 15 meters. The areas of the graves are also much smaller than usual in the area, on one side the gravestones stand close together in two rows. So, at least 50 graves have place.

The history of the cemetery is not known to me. A chapel has been found here since the 12th century. In 1968, the nave was substantially enlarged, possibly affecting the position and size of the cemetery. Even if the landslide disaster of October 2000 affected the cemetery, I do not know.

DE: Der Friedhof von Gondo befindet sich auf einem sehr beengten Areal auf der Südostseite der Kirche. Das Gelände ist viereckig mit höchstens 15 Metern Seitenlänge. Auch die Grabflächen sind wesentlich kleiner als sonst in der Gegend üblich, an einer Seite stehen die Grabsteine dicht hintereinander. So finden mindestens 50 Gräber Platz.

Die Geschichte des Friedhofs ist mir nicht bekannt. Eine Kapelle befindet sich seit dem 12. Jahrhundert an dieser Stelle. 1968 wurde das Kirchenschiff wesentlich vergrössert, vielleicht hatte dies auch Auswirkungen auf die Lage und Grösse des Friedhofs. Auch ob die Erdrutschkatastrophe vom Oktober 2000 den Friedhof betroffen hat, weiss ich nicht.
