Catch 22 Lobster Bar, a premier lobster and seafood restaurant, with what are likely apartments on the upper two floors.
So, not being of Semitic descent, we're not sure what
Haddad refers to on this building, though it is a common surname amongst Semitic people. Adjoining the building is the
Marks Bros Building, also of brick and three storeys in height, dated 1941. Further down the block is another three story building, that one built of stone, probably sandstone or freestone.
