From the Sisters Ranger Station, travel generally NW on US20 for 12.2 miles. Turn right onto FR12 and continue for about 1.0 miles. Bear left on FR1210, continue about 0.2 miles, then proceed N for about 0.3 miles along the range line to the corner.
Type of survey mark: 3-1/4" brass cap on iron pipe; rising 9"

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
Found, in the SE quadrant, a large fir with two BEARING TREE yellow tags plus a BEARING TREE ribbon and ATTENTION and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs on the backside. PROPERTY BOUNDARY and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs are mounted on a U-post which bears N, 35" distant. Found two bearing objects, 1-1/2" aluminum caps on 1/2" rebar.

private property W of the corner, else Deschutes National Forest; see also USDI-Bureau of Land Management, Field Notes of the Remonumentation of Certain Original Corner Points, Township 13 South, Range 9 East of the Willamette Meridian in the State of Oregon; Survey Completed August 22, 1966
