This piece was cast by the Low Moor Iron Company of Bradford, England between 1790 and 1812. It was typical of the type used during the Battle of Stoney Creek.
This gun bears serial number 37 (right trunnion) and the letter 'L' to indicate Low Moor, on the left trunnion.
