This Holy Door is hidden between the Trierer Dom and the main entrance of the Church of Our Lady (Liebfrauenkirche).

Two metal doors with brass fittings.
To the right of the door is a plaque with logo Merciful Like the Father (taken from the Gospel of Luke, 6:36)
