This ghost bike is chained to a pine tree on the north side of Riggs Road west of Amberwood Dr. It memorializes Don Neu an avid biker and tennis player in Sun City. The memorial consists of the bike, a pot of artificial flowers and a small cross. The cross is composed of two pieces of rebar covered with tennis balls. The pot is signed I miss you every day my friend Joyce. Don was struck by a car one half mile east.
