County of court: Paulding County
Location of court: 122 Main St., Dallas

This was built in 1950 as the First National Bank, when the courthouse square was the place to go for business and shopping.
It became the city court building for a while (1990), and is now a gallery of sorts

From the State Listings of courts and judges:
"Municipal Court of Dallas
Judge Brian Hardison
120 MAIN STREET
DALLAS, GA 30132

I was told 2014, the city built a huge municipal complex west of the courthouse square, and I mean huge. All courts, other than traffic, were moved out there.

This building is now use to hold photography competitions and photography critiques.

Year of construction: 1950
