Auf dem Kanaldeckel ist der Schriftzug "St. Elisabeth - Krankenhaus" sowie das Logo (ein umrahmtes Kreuz mit Krone) abgebildet.
Der Kanaldeckel befindet sich auf der Auffahrt am Haupteingang des Krankenhauses. Es ist der einzige so gestalltete Kanaldeckel.
Die Waymark kann ganztägig besucht werden.

On the manhole cover the lettering "St. Elisabeth - Krankenhaus" and the emblem (a framed cross with a crown) are pictured.
The manhole cover is located on the drive in front of the main entrance of the hospital. This is the only one manhole cover of this design!
