The plaque states:

To commemorate the centenary of the dedication of Mary Immaculate Catholic Church Tambar Springs by Right Rev. Dr O'Connor Bishop of Armidale on June 25, 1905 an anniversary Mass was celebrated by Most Rev. Luc Matthys D.D. Bishop of Armidale on September 24, 2006 in the presence of past and present parishioners. Glory be to God from generation to generation. (Eph 3)
