The smiling young lady is wearing a red top, a yellow scarf and socks, and white gloves and skirt. Her Jack Russell Terrier is panting, looking happy, and given the colors of the leaves on the tree, it looks like fall is here.
There is no indication as to when this one was painted, and it is identified as being done by "d.norris" at 817-901-7841. That is a number in Tarrant County, far from here, and a Google search turns up no hits as to who the artist could be.
