Despite a broken column representing a young life taken, all three lived between 71 years & 84 years of age. Philip Makin died in 1891 aged 84 years, Archibald died in 1887 aged 73 & his wife Sophia died in 1905 aged 81. The wording is faint as the base of the headstones is well worn sandstone.
