But if Bar-B-Que isnt what you are hungry for try the Turkey Cliff Hanger - 1/3 lb. Turkey with melted Cheddar and Jalapeno cheese on a large bun with chives and ranch dressing served with Jalapeno peppers.
Having lived in Texas most of my life, I think I know BBQ. The brisket was tender and flavorful My only complaint is their BBQ Sauce - its more Carolina Vinegar than Texas Thick and Sweet.
I will be honest, I had the Turkey Cliff Hanger, my wife had the beef.
