Rock outcrop, in front of the department of energy, mines and resources geological building, 601 booth street, tablet in southwest face of small vertical face, 14.3 m east of centre line of booth street, 13.7 m north of centre line of sidewalk leading to north end of surveys and mapping building, 1 m above sidewalk level.
Distracted by the many layered fossil hunt, I nearly missed this 1963 vertical marker. Flourescent orange tape caught my attention.
