The Pacific Coast Scenic Byway is 363 miles long and takes about twelve hours to drive. There are no fees to drive this byway.
Twelve miles of the Pacific Coast Scenic Byway travel through the Samuel H. Boardman State Scenic Corridor, a State Park.
Within that Scenic Corridor are many vista points with views of the Oregon Coast. This stop-off is at Arch Rock, a viewpoint where one can see a large rock rising out of the ocean that has been tunneled through, leaving an bridge-like hole in the rock.
