In 1914 this building was built for George Manuel who ran a farm implement business. By 1916 F.W. Hoffman owned and ran the farm implement business. In 1917 the existing building was enlarged to 60ft X 70ft. Very soon after the building served as the home of Hoppman and Niemeier Farm Implement Firm, which was in business to at least 1922. In 1931 there was still a farm implement business in the building but it was unknown as to who owned it. Today it's home to Coach's Kitchen.
